1. Who We Are
Rapid AI Studio LLC is a New Jersey limited liability company at 400 Riverview
Plaza, Suite 104, Trenton, NJ 08611. We build and operate AI-powered inbound
phone answering systems for small businesses. Contact us at

2. Our Text Messaging Program
Rapid AI Studio LLC operates one text messaging program and only one.
Our phone numbers are voice lines. If you send a text message to a number we
operate, our system sends you a single automated reply reading: "Rapid AI Studio
LLC: This line does not accept text messages. Please call (718) 808-6123 to
reach us. This is a one-time reply; you are not subscribed to anything and will
receive no further messages. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help,
STOP to opt out." That is the entire program. We send no other text messages of
any kind — no marketing, no promotions, no newsletters, no notifications, and no
follow-ups.
You are never enrolled in anything. You receive a reply only because you texted
us first, and only in response to that text.
3. Message Frequency
You will receive at most one automated reply per text message you send us, and
no more than one reply in any 24-hour period from the same number. If you never
text us, you will never receive a message from us.
4. Mobile Information
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for
marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in
support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case
categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this
information will not be shared with any third parties.
5. Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. These rates are set by your mobile carrier,
not by Rapid AI Studio LLC.
6. Opting Out
Reply STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT to any message from us
and you will receive no further messages, including no further automated

7. What We Collect From Text Messages
If you text a number we operate, we receive your mobile number, the content of
your message, and the date and time it was sent. We use this only to send the
single automated reply described above and to keep a record that the reply was
sent. We do not add your number to any list, we do not use it to contact you
again, and we do not use it for marketing.
8. What We Collect From Phone Calls
Our main business is answering inbound calls for client businesses. From callers
we receive the caller's phone number, the audio and transcript of the call, and
whatever the caller chooses to tell us — typically their name, what they need,
and when they would like a callback. From our clients we hold business name,
contact name, business address, email, and phone.
We do not purchase, rent, append, or scrape contact information from any source.
9. Call Recording and AI Disclosure
Calls answered by our system may be recorded and transcribed so we can produce a
written summary for the business you called. Every call opens with a spoken
notice stating that you are speaking with an AI assistant and that the call may
be recorded, before any substantive conversation takes place. If you do not wish
to be recorded, hang up and contact the business by another means, or ask during
the call to be called back by a person.
10. How We Use Information
Call recordings, transcripts, and summaries are processed for one purpose: to
deliver your message to the business you were trying to reach. They belong to
that business. We do not use them to market to callers and we do not build
profiles of callers. Client information is used to provide, support, and bill
for the service.
11. We Do Not Sell Information
Rapid AI Studio LLC does not sell, rent, or trade personal information, mobile
numbers, call recordings, or transcripts to any third party for any purpose.
12. Service Providers
We use Twilio Inc. for telephony and messaging, OpenAI for conversation
processing and summarization, Google LLC for website hosting, and Cloudflare
Inc. for infrastructure. These providers process information solely to deliver
our service on our behalf and are contractually prohibited from using it for
their own marketing purposes.
13. How Long We Keep Things
Text messages received and the record of the automated reply: 12 months. Call
recordings and transcripts: 12 months, then deleted. Client account records: the
duration of the engagement plus four years.
14. Your Rights
Depending on where you live you may have the right to access, correct, or delete
personal information we hold about you, and to opt out of its sale or sharing —
we do neither. Email lead@rapidaistudio.com with the number you contacted us
from and the approximate date. We respond within 45 days.
15. Security
We use industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect
information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
16. Children
Our services are provided to businesses. We do not knowingly collect information
from anyone under 18.
17. Changes
Material changes will be reflected in the "Last Updated" date above.
